Restore Remove Ads

Open the game → Settings → Restore purchase. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

Lost progress

Progress is saved on your device. Turn on iCloud backup in Settings and a new iPhone on the same Apple ID can restore it. Without iCloud backup, deleting the app erases it.
