Tell Tectus your venue, date, expected attendance, and any special requirements. We match your request with licensed, insured security companies serving your area and confirm staffing, timing, and pricing before your event.

Staffing depends on attendance, venue layout, alcohol service, and risk profile. Many venues start from roughly one guard per 75–100 guests and adjust for entrances, VIP areas, and cash handling. A Tectus coordinator helps you right-size coverage.

Scheduled events are best booked at least 24–48 hours ahead. Urgent and same-day requests are supported where vendor availability allows.

Rates vary by market, timing, staffing level, and whether armed coverage is required. Pricing is confirmed up front before you book — request a quote for an exact number.
